How I Started:
I gained about 15lbs during my last relationship and once none of my clothes started fitting and my thighs started rubbing, I knew I had to make a change!
Why I Love It:
I like to see the results. Also, it makes me feel better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
It helps for me to have short-term goals (a vacation, event to attend etc.) but I know that working out is something I will need to do for the rest of my life.
<barf!> How do people eat this madness??!!??? It was gooey and lumpy and ughhhhh...I almost vomitted. I was looking around on the forums and people had a lot of great suggestions on how to stomach it but I seriously don't know if I can do it. I will definitely have to continue getting...
