I finally took a good long hard look at who I am. And I realized "I" am not fat. There is fat on me. Fat is not who I am, it doesn't not define me, so why should i let it confine me? I LOVE working out. I guess its the competetive side in me. It's pretty cool to be able to leg press more than my brother =]
Why I Love It:
Because no matter what, I know that it is one part of my life that I CAN control, and it is only my fault if I do not succeed. Wait. Cross that last part out. Not succeeding is NOT an option.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at fat picture of me. Not the ones with the good angle's that a stranger would swear I didn't weigh over 130. And then I look at a picture of someone whose body I would like mine to resemble. I have no problem looking at pictures of other fit beautiful women. When I do, I get happy for them, and how far they have come, and how hard they have had to work to get there. To all the beautiful women out there, you are MY idols. I will never again be the fat friend, I will be the hott friend that hangs out with mostly guys anyways, because my other friends are jealous. LOL.
Stick to a task, till it sticks to you. Beginners are many. Finishers are few.

Even though my stupid work decided to put the candy machine directly infront of my desk, I have still not sucummed to its powers for the last 4 1/2 weeks. And I am not even a candy junkie. Mini Victory!!! And that Reese's does have magical powers. Magical powers to add fat to places that definatly do not need them lol.

Goal (Long):
I will reach 147 by Dec 1, 2009, or a weight that I am content with, and that will enable me to eventually compete in Figure competetions. I will no longer let other people hold back my progress, and I will make a difference in my life, and then help others in their's.
Only 105 lbs left to lose!

Needless to say I am pretty estatic right now. I hit my first big goal today! Lost 20 lbs in six weeks. I am looking and feeling amazing. The weight is just falling off. I am still eating 1800 GOOD CLEAN calories per day, and excersising 6x per week. AND IN THE HOLIDAY SEASON!!! Come on guys, if...
I switch between Upper and lower days, doing abs everyday.
I lift for 1hr 30mins 6x's a week. I do 3 sets and 8-12 reps, usually to failure.
I do cardio for 15-30 minutes a day 6x's a week.
Then I strech and cool down.
