How I Started:
I have always been inspired by women who succesed in the fitness industry but I never really though that being serious about my fitness was a reality for me, until now. I am more motivated than ever to make healthy changes in my life so that I can trasform not only my body but my outlook on life and on myself.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of accomplishment that comes with working out and eatting clean. Plus you can't beat the results you get once you adopt a health lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing women who are in amazing shape. I also stay motivated by eduacting myself on different types of workouts and what kinds of foods to eat.

This semester of Nursing school has really busted my butt! With classes, clinicals, and work it seems almost impossible to make it to the gym on a regular basis. I have only been working out twice a week and I am not making any progress. I have really been strict on my diet because I haven't...

I just read your blog and agree with you. It is tough, I just graduated last week with my BSN. So i can realate with what you are saying. I would wake up at 0330 on somedays just to hit the gym.

Yeah doing just cardio is actaully not that great for you. need to use the weight to really see progress. your young and you have a great look about you if you workout and push yourself you could probably do some great things

Yeah i miss those days. my legs still get so when i go for a long run but i remember when my arms would get swore hhahaa. its good ****. So you only been doing it a week. YOu know your adorable
