I am so frustrated. I have been trying not to weigh myself as often because it is easy for me to get obbsessive over my weight. So, today I weighed myself and I am still 159 pounds. I have completely changed my workouts I am eatting sooo much better, I just do not understand why I am not...
Word of advice, don't catch a falling patient!! lol I regret it every day. Currently in a corset brace recovering from a lumbar fusion! Good luck in nursing school...
