"Been using the C.H.A. diet since around the first of May. Hope to follow the diet till the end of Augest. Starting September 1st I hope to weigh in at around a 170. From here I hope to do a very slow bulk via CHA until I reach about 190 pounds. I hop"

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Elbow tendonitis and bursits. 8 weeks with physio.
