How I Started:
I was tired of being the chunky one, that my friends and even myself poked fun at.
Why I Love It:
Because when you see your body change, you know its legit. You did it yourself. Also, it always assures that I have something to do. If im bored, might as well just go to the gym and work on a bodypart.
How I Stay Motivated:
Thinking about beach season. Would like to maybe compete in 2 years ish if i can get fit enough
