Overall Goal:  Been using the C.H.A. diet since around the first of May. Hope to follow the diet till the end of Augest. Starting September 1st I hope to weigh in at around a 170. From here I hope to do a very slow bulk via CHA until I reach about 190 pounds. I hop

Found the highschool weight room.
Why I Love It:
Because when you see your body change, you know its legit. You did it yourself. Also, it always assures that I have something to do. If im bored, might as well just go to the gym and work on a bodypart.
How I Stay Motivated:
Would like to maybe compete in a year ish if i can get fit enough. Naturally ofcoarse.

Its been about 8 weeks since starting the CHA diet. I have lost about 20 pounds. I started out at 204 ish and am now at 186 in the morning. Granted this weight was several days after a cheal meal, so I imagine I actually weigh a little more. As you can see from my picture I have a decent amount...
