How I Started:
I have worked out on and off for years. I had a baby boy 2 years ago and since then have focused only on my son, my marriage, my job and I have completely let myself go. I am now about 70+ lbs overweight, depressed, metabolically and hormonally unbalanced and I need to get my health, my body and my life back. I love being a mother, but I want to be the best possible mother I can be, and I cannot do that at 190 + lbs. 2009 is going to a year of MAJOR CHANGE for me.
Why I Love It:
I love the look of strong muscles. I love the way I feel when I am lean.
How I Stay Motivated:
By believing I can do this. I will do this. Every day I keep happy and positive and focused on the goal will bring me one day closer to it.
BB Accomplishments:
I worked out throughout my pregnancy. Despite being sick and dealing with depression I still managed to keep myself moving forward. I never gave up!

I got a book in the mail today that I forgot I ordered. Biggest Loser 30 Day Jumpstart. I figured why not start it? So I am....it will ease me into working out again and will give me confidence in knowing I worked out consistanly for 30 days.

I am starting on Monday :)
