How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I usually start with 12 and a moderate weight, then increase weight and drop sets down to 6, then back up to 12 again. BFL style training I guess.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
At most about 30 seconds. Just enough time to fill out my lifting diary and have a sip of water. I try and keep my heart rate up with circuit training.
What is the best age to start lifting weights?
