dad was a bodybuilder, my brother started than i learned after them and loved it ever since.

feels great, it runs in my family . takes determination ends up with progression. takes out the anger in me my much uneeded emotions. and looks
How I Stay Motivated:
having that picture in my head of what i want to accomplish, of my body's future possibility of appearance.
also to watch the movie pumping iron !
