I actually started working out when I was younger. We had a home gym therefore giving me direct and immediate access to some weights. I've been going at it ever since.
Why I Love It:
I just love being in shape, being stronger and looking better than the next guy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Magazines, seeing and hearing about my own progress, and the will to separate myself from the typical American stereotype.
BB Accomplishments:
2009 Southern Nevada Bench Press Championships, 148.5 Class - 4th Place
2009 Las Vegas Power Clean Championships, 148.5 Class - 3rd Place
2009 National High School Power Clean Championship, 152 Class - 5th Place
Broke all 3/3 of my High School Records - 148.5 Class. Bench (270), Squat (345), Clean (255).
When I was around 12 years old. Getting started early I suppose...
Taken after my competition (142.5 lbs) - I was already bloated and spilling over from a chocolate pancake binge. ;)
I believe I'll be making this my new progress pose.
I want to continually be adding mass, getting stronger, and compete at the national level in bodybuilding.
Goal (Long):
Time to begin strictly bodybuilding and start training for competition in late 2009! On the side I'll be improving on all my major lifts - achieve 1000 Lbs total my senior year.
I actually make my own for the most part. I get ideas from my athletic workouts, magazines, and the Internet though.

Do you currently have a workout partner?
Yes
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
Every now and then I use a workout partner. If you trust them, they can really help you out on things like forced reps and negative reps. Also someone to "compete" with and keep you working hard.
