When I Started: Aug, 2007
How I Started: I actually started working out when I was younger. We had a home gym therefore giving me direct and immediate access to some weights. I've been going at it ever since.
Why I Love It: Haha...I just love being in shape, being stronger and looking better than the next guy.
How I Stay Motivated: Magazines, music, or just those ego building comments from my peers. (haha)
BB Accomplishments: Nothing "official" yet.

My biggest personal accomplishment so far is my bench press strength. 230lbs thus far (which means I'll be breaking a school record this year!) :D

This is actually just before I really decided to start hitting the weights hard...even though I WAS regularly working out a few times a week.  Another month later. Getting there, I'll keep "Side Chest" as my new progress pose.

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): I want to continually be adding mass and getting stronger.
Goal (Long): Right now, in the long run, I want to retain my atheletic fitness for high school as well as begin body building. As soon as wrestling season is over I'll be training strictly for mass and overall physique. On the side I'll be improving on all my major lifts...by senior graduation I hope to be doing 300+ on bench press.

haha, I know. it's frustrating sometimes because I lose so much weight during hockey season but I'm trying hard to gain in the off-season. O well, i love both. You got a nice early start man, stick with it.

Hey, good luck with your goals, our goals are very similar. For your weight your arms are huge! Good luck adding mass, talk to me if you want any advice in bulking, i started at about your age and there were a lot of mistakes i made that wasted a lot of my time in the gym.
