hey man, you seem to know alot about cutting. I have lifted for years now and have never cutted. I just always tried to keep my bodyfat low while bulking etc. But I have just one question, is there anything i can take while cutting that wil preserve muscle? I dont lose muscle easily but I heard creatine helps preserve muscle etc. I know you dont really beleive in supplements and eat out but if theres anything out there that wud help me preservemuscle i;d love to know. thanks

Yea I lift heavy 5 days week(each body part 2x), eat lean and clean and do cardio in intervals 3x a week...
