I took yesterday off but other than that everything has been going good with training. I have been stuggling on my diet and that sucks because know I dont need to eat as much as I do. I just have to be strict through the holidays. So what are you going to be training today?
ill watch ufc when I get a chance I run around a lot and i really dont watch that much tv unless im waiting for people to get ready. Was anybody fighting this weekend that was good? I know that have that everyone fighting kimbo show. I would never get in the ring with that man.

I didnt get that shot not many people in my area hadit, and plus I get sick once every two years or so I rarely get sick. Im not looking for competing but I was going to try and model. I was getting told to model and I talk to a ceo of a modeling agency he said I should def model. I just trying to get my waist to a 29 im around a 31 but im just tryin to cut the last bit of fat
Ive been slackin all week because I have a cold but I still go as hard as I can in the gym. I havent really hit a bech max in a while so I know I am due for one soon. Like I sadi though I just want to get a little more ripped not much bigger if any bigger.
yeah it sucks here but I deal with it right now. I rather be cold because you can put on cloths to be warm but you can only tske so many cloths off. I loved it when I lived in va it was a lot better than here it was hot 7 months cold 5 and I loved it. So what are you going to be lifting today?
Its hot as hell here year round we might have a cold front here and there but mostly hot. I go outside for christmas with basketball shorts and no short with my little sister its never really to cold. I want to move to va where I can get cold and hot every year. So it sucks just always hot here.
Yesterday I did back and bi's and abs in the afternoon and did cardio in the morning and cardio after my workout. i try to go twice a day to get leaner. I just will do cardio today I already do some this morning but I have a basketball game tonight so I will just do some more then I guess. How much cardio do you do or are you just trying to get big first.
