Its hot as hell here year round we might have a cold front here and there but mostly hot. I go outside for christmas with basketball shorts and no short with my little sister its never really to cold. I want to move to va where I can get cold and hot every year. So it sucks just always hot here.
Yesterday I did back and bi's and abs in the afternoon and did cardio in the morning and cardio after my workout. i try to go twice a day to get leaner. I just will do cardio today I already do some this morning but I have a basketball game tonight so I will just do some more then I guess. How much cardio do you do or are you just trying to get big first.
hey, havent talk to you in a long time. The ankle is fine now still sore in the morning but I can deal with it. the training is going better than before just have to get new pics up here soon the show it. How have you been doing looks like all is well with you. let me know how things are with you.
When I do take it, its great, helps with circulation and getting a lil more oxygen to the muscles during workout, aka more energy/intensity...but only good if you cycle off it everyonce inawhile...
your welcome sorry its been a while since I have been on hear had many family issues and then I tore most of my ligaments in my ankle a week ago so its hard to try and get back into it right now it just sucks.
sprints. you warm up for 3-5 minutes. Then 30 seconds sprint all out and a light jog or a fast walk for 30 seconds then 30 second sprint light jog/fast walk 30 seconds. When you do that you shred more fat than doing a 45 60 minute cardio session. you never have to go over 20 minute workout with that. always inculde a 3-5 minute warm up and 3-5 minute coool down.
When you are about to start gettin ripped try the intervals. I have found that it works a lot better than running for 40 minutes straight. Helped me cut back so much more fat faster.

im @ about 157 i changed my workout to a football prominent style for the next 6 weeks after that i'll take some more progress pics aside 4rm tht i gained half an inch on my arms nd calfs no bodyfat gains so pretty well
I would have to say the hydroxycut hardcore is working great I love it. It has a lot of caffine in it but when you are working out ar doing your cardio you feel like you can workout for hours or run for hours.
well i started 140lbs. wrestling this year, i quickly jumped back to my natural weight of i'd say 150 post-season, i didnt really obsess over exact caloric amounts i just try to shoot play it by scale/mirror, i'd say about 4,500 right now im 155 tryna get to 160--so in the end i guess how much do you think i should take in for 160lbs. (btw i have a extremly fast metabolism)
actually i have one question, im clean bulking making good food choices--I wrestled 140 this year from nov-feb, im now 153 lean weight so ive put on a good amount of weight but I have never bulked like this before...so my question is, do I just keep increasing my calories weekly as my body adapts because i wanna get to 160 for football?? so if you know, how do i increase calories over long term for my bulking??
