My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Philosophy
I am going to do the 12 Weeks to Extreme Arms program with the Fat Gripz
This program consists of 4 days a week, Monday, Tueday, Thursday, and Friday. I will adopt 3 a days workout on these days. 3 mile jog in the morning on an empty stomach, 30 minute ab session in the afternoon and the 1 hour Fat Gripz workout in the evening.
