When I Started:
2005
How I Started:
After playing football and rugby during high school, I graduated and started hitting the gym in university. Wasn't until second year where I decided that I really love this. I subscribed to Muscle & Fitness and began to learn how involved this life is and completely changed my routine. I was basically wasting my time before, but now I have this science worked out; training, diet and supplements.
Why I Love It:
I'm good at it, it's fun, keeps me on track, and make my body the best it can be.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's not hard for me to stay motivated in the gym, because I love it so much.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I don't think there are many celebrities with a physique i'd like really. If there are, I just can't think of them
Yesterday's shoulder workout was a good one. Although I always seem to be confused on what to do for my shoulders, as they seem to be my weakness, I always manage to put something together that is highly effective. This week, I swapped out the Smith machine upright row for seated DB front...
Probably not!
I have been out of the gym for about a year. I went back on Sunday to do a back workout... I am so weak! Had to drop 100 lbs off my deadlift, 60 lbs off my bent over rows, 45 lbs off lat pull downs!
