How I Started:
I was going up a flight of about 5 stairs and was winded by the time I got into my house...That's when I was partying like a rockstar and weighed in at 225 lbs!
Why I Love It:
In the beginning, it was a new rush and hobby. Now, I love to see how much I can transform my body. It's the only one I've got, so might as well make it look good!
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm pretty self-motivated and focused on the end result. I just don't know when I'll finally be happy with my body. I'm that crazy person that you see at the gym doing rediculous, compound sets or interval cardio. I owe 80% of that to the music on my iPod... The remaining 20% just comes from me being a little crazy. :-)
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing yet when it comes to body building but the first milestone was dropping 70 pounds of fat.
no major plans, spending time with the family, working on my thesis. Heading to CA for a week (work) the first part of the year. Looking forward to that. What you up to?
