How I Started:
Got sick and tired of being disappointed with the way I look and feel. I really want to build a muscular physique. I'm also inspired by my older brother who takes his exercise program seriously.
Why I Love It:
I like having that tired feeling after either weight-training or doing interval-cardio sessions. It gets me closer to my goal.
How I Stay Motivated:
-Looking at my Motivational Fitness Clip that I've made of Before and After transformations of other BB members.
-My desire being muscular eye-candy for women that pass me by.
- Knowing that the same people working out around me are mentally keeping track of who is making progress or not.
-Proving my friends wrong by losing the fat around my midsection and behind.

I want to lower my body fat percentage because I want my body to show for my hard work.
Goal (Long):
Most ppl remember me as being a fat kid... and being lonely b.c of it. In today's society, it is subconsciously telling ppl that it favors fit ppl. I want my body to be at least 10% of body fat, so I could look better in my clothes and show the ppl that know me, that I'm serious about my fitness.
So, my goal is to continue doing Carb-cycling and be as fit as I can when it reaches May.

I find this member's head in the right track in terms of his personal character and fitness. Besides -- it's good to have a fellow Christian that I find is inspirational when it comes down to fitness.
Regardless of the ups and downs, I acknowledge this guy's drive. He does not give up. Even if he's down, he will find a way to rise up through the fiery trials of maintaining his nutrition/diet, weight training and cardio goals. Yep, I proudly say that he inspires me on to his day.
Lipo 6 is my favourite, but I've stopped using fat burners and to rely on Low intensity cardio after my workouts.
