this is me at 154 right before i started my cycles of supplements and more intense workouts and dieting.
this is only 4 days later i got a 1/2 inch to an inch gain in every muscle im at 160 now in this picture.

Hey man you look in pretty good shape.
Just a suggestion: you should start your chest workout with incline to emphasize the upper chest cus your lower chest is WAY overdeveloped. That's how mine looked when I was in powerlifting and focused too much on flat bench.
