How I Started:
I wrestled throughout my childhood, (Grade School to High School), Then I joined the USMC. Being in "Shape" wasn't an issue. Everyone else was weak to me. LOL Wrestled in college after The Marines. Still worked out after college RollerBlading or biking about 20 miles a day! Imagine that...
Then I got a family. No more need to be looking good for the ladies! haha
Why I Love It:
Because I feel good. It reminds me of the day when it was easy and fun.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think of my past performances. I also like to look at all the other people who are were I want to be and those who are traveling the hard road along with me!
My goal is to get myself and my family to a better self awareness and confidence with our appearance and health.
Goal (Long):
I have recently purchased a bowflex "Blaze" Home Gym. I myself want to get to a place I used to be with my personal fitness.
In 1991 I graduated High School and enlisted in the USMC. Graduating boot camp with Physical Fitness Honors I was in the best shape of my life.
I would like to lose about 20 to 30 lbs. I also would like to reduce my Bodyfat content to less than 10%.
I want to see my family transform their lives along with mine.

I want to LOSE 25 lb

Tomorro is the start of a new week. Week 4 for me and my new lifestyle. I feel alot better than when I started. My skin is loose. The progress pics don't show alot. But I can feel the difference. I wore a pair of pants that used to be tight on me and I should have had a belt on. ...
I just thought that I would drop you a line to tell you that my wife, and your friend (bodyspace: judimax) is having a birthday on Saturday April 5th and is turning 48. I think she looks fantastic for not only 48 but for any age, but then again I am biased. If you get a chance she would be surprised (and love it) if you would drop by and wish her a Happy Birthday.
Thanks man, i know exactly what you mean with slowly and surely, patience is a virtue with all of this. You keep pushing it,it will all come, dont even give it any other choice. Talk to you soon man!!
Both my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I not only needed body transformations but got them and so we know where you are coming from. We used the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks and had pretty good results so if you are interested I recommend you give it a look-see. It isn’t super easy but it isn’t so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. I wish you strength, determination and success and if we can be of assistance feel free to give either of us a yell.
goodluck with all of your fitness goals man! you can do it! hydroxycut hc is insane stuff to! i went on it for 4 weeks and lost like all fat. stick with it and do cardio and you will be golden!
