At the end of freshmen year in high school at about 140 i hardly had no muscle what so ever! i remember i could bench 135 for lik 5 reps!

senior year at my heaviest around 190. too much drinking and chinese food!...i realized i cannot eat wateva i want an have abs so wnet to bodybuilding.com an looked up nutrition! ya gotta eat rite kids!
