How I Started:	I love basketball an alwayz have been playing. i needed to get stronger an more explosive so i could start dunkin! also a girl i liked ay school told me if i had sum abz she wud rip my shirt off! i said aite datz it im goin gym! haha i also dream of being a fitness model and being a cover model one day!
Why I Love It:	feels good and i love waking up in the morning all sore

i did every machine and exercise for chest and biceps everyday. haha thats what you call productive! haha

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?

you cant expect results overnight. jus keep poundin it and if u dont have ur nutrition down right.....jus forget about it!
