I use the sizeon while working out, on non training days you drink it before bed. The only problem with that is you have to wake up to use the bathroom and I hate that. Im SLEEPING...dont wanna get up
Not yet lol...My weekly long run is only 3 miles right now and i'm in week 1 of a 16 week training program. I'll get there though :). How are you doing?
thanks for the add bro. arm size u say... i have never did anything exotic... arms grow with heavy weight and rest. and i never hit them directly more than once a week.
Train hard (3-4 times a week not more as 60 minutes), sleep a lot (minimum 8 hours per night) and eat much (5-6 meals per day with much protein, good carbs and low fat)
