If I have stress in my day it helps me work it off.
I started my program on April 25,2011 I weighted in at 156lbs. Today June 2,2011 140lbs.
Now that I'm 16lbs and 9.5 inches smaller, I'm trying to figure out how to keep losing weight & fat. but start toning my body back in shape.

I lost half my goal in 7 weeks
Posted in Working Out : Jun 10, 2011 9:19pmI set a goal on April 25, 2011 to lose 41 lbs by July 25,2011.
I'm getting married on July 25, 2011. I'm half way there and I'm feeling good about myself. Now that I have a good amount of weight off, I want to start reshaping my body while still losing the rest of my weight. I did this all for myself and by myself with the support from my family and a few awesome friends. I'm looking over all the different directions I can take.
