I looked like one of those Ethiopian kids on TV back in the days.. and decided it was about that time to do something about it... ; )
Why I Love It:
It's my "me" time... I believe that many of us get so caught up in our days that rarely do we make time for ourselves... Going to the gym is my break away from the rest of world and keeps me sane
How I Stay Motivated:
There are days that come up from time to time whenever I would do anything to roll back over into my nice comfortable sheets and get some good sleep.. And I choose not to. I get my lazy ass up and have an incredible workout at the gym and feel so much better afterwards... It's like good sex.
BB Accomplishments:
Consistency.. It's been over 11 years and 130 lbs later (no kidding).. And I'm still having fun living a healthy lifestyle

a stress free weekend, with a bbq, killer work outs....i dont think it could get any better than that! i didnt do to much, we were having tornado warnings all weekend so the weather was out of control..loved it!!! i did how ever go see aqua teen!!! LOVED THAT!!! the topic that they picked could not be any better!! it was about bodybuilding, go see it you will love it
Thanks for the sweet comment. Definitely a work in progress. Time to start the low sodium... eeeeek... but if you're right - that should really lend it's way to some good and healthy results. Good news is I made my April 30 goal a couple weeks early - woohoo!!!
its june 2nd in columbia sc. Im nervous as crap. i think the reality of it all is sinking in. i got 7 weeks left and i am wanting to lose 2 pounds a week. i can do it, i do what ever i want ;-) its a wild red head thing ;-)
