To put on about 20lbs of muscle while staying lean and mean.
Goal (Long):
Used to be 225lbs of good solid muscle back in college. Got off track lost all my weight and now motivated to get back in the gym and back to where I was.
Hey Tiger, thanks for the add and kind words. You seem like you're already approaching your goal. Keep it up. Best advice is stay informed! There's lots of good info out there - but do check the sources. Good food, exercise and rest = winning combination!
thanks 4 adding me. I would say consistency is ur best friend in training and in eating--> What & how u eat is just as important as how u train. What are u studying btw?
Hey! Thanks for the add and amazing compliment. I feel that I'm actually a beginner myself so I am not sure that I am one to ask for advice. :) What are your goals?
hi welcome..im glad to add you on..my advice to a beginner like myself..is just throw yourself at it and commit yourself to it..and dont give up..give it all you've got in you and you'll see those results flying at you left and right..keep in touch..lol
I was checking out some of your workouts. Is the 20lb Mass Gain workout something you came up with yourself? I need to switch my routines up again and was thinking of trying it.
Hey there! Thanx for all those nice compliments and the invite!! And I really appreciate the vote of confidence on the training tips....looks like you are doing great to me!!
If having a beautiful physique was easy, everybody would look good! Its hard work and you can do anything you set your mind to!! Go get what you want Tiger!
