How I Started:
I started lifting to gain size, strength and speed for football. Now its all personal. I dont lift for the girls or too look better than the next guy. I want to see how far I can take my body. I want to be as strong as possible without being freakishly big. I want to look like a machine!

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I think that getting pumped up before a workout is a waste of energy. I think that you should have a good work ethic and that will drive you through anything.

Yeah, it totally messed up my training. The only food options were fried foods, so I came home a few pounds heavier. I am in the process of working it off though. Wish me luck.
