Hey Brother Knuckles! Glad to hear from you. Sorry it has taken me a while to get back to you. I've been busier than a donkey in a Tijuana strip club. The coffe green tea combo is a strong cup of joe and two green tea pills. Or I throw in a green tea bag in my coffee. Hope all is well brother!

I wouldn't stress on the weight loss. Your putting on muscle mass and that weighs more than fat. Don't get hooked on looking at the scale. That is a bad habit to break! Insanity is a dvd program you have to buy. I don't know where you could see individual workouts. It can be found at beachbody.com or it may have it's own website.

I do a workout program called Insanity. It's a 60 day program that has you doing cardio, core cardio and power resistance cardio six days a week. I typically do that in the morning and 3 to 4 times a week I lift weights in the afternoon. How do you like the HIIT workouts?

No problem. Did you switch up your routine? My program is going well. I workout six days a week with 3 of those days I hit it twice. Have a great weekend!

Wow! Your insane, lol! It looks like it paid off though, your progress pics are amazing. I want to add weight sessions into my program and I was thinking of doing that in the evening. Espcecially since we are already doing Insanity in the morning. Thanks for the info.

I'm not a big fan of these fat burner pills or anything else like that for that matter. Just not natural, you know? So, if you take them what happens when you stop taking them?

Welcome and thanks for writing a great blog. Your so right about motivation. It always changes and you have to keep finding it to keep that drive going. I feel very lucky to have Bodyspace. Hi Don. Things have been good and getting better. Still dealing with the injury, bt pushing through it. We are doing the P90X, but we have added other workouts in. Your looking great in your progress pics. How did you hurt your shoulder? Glad to hear your back at it. How do you like Texas? We are thinking of moving there. Glad to hear from you- JT

Maybe I just need some time to adjust to all the new stuff on Bodyspace.Do you still experience discomforts with you back?I have had this groin injury and everytime it seems like it has gone away it pops back up.I do my best to research it, but detailed information about this type of injury is hard to find.I can find info about the injury and the recovery time, but beyond that there is nothing.Feel like a deer in headlights when it comes to training and dealing with this.JT

Glad to hear your doing well and keeping busy. I'm the same. This is my peak season for work, so I'm reaaly busy. Working out and dealing with injuries. All part of the process. How are you liking the P90X program?

Hey Joe, it has been a while. I log onto Bodyspace here and there. It seem like it turned into a popularity contest. Kind of turned me off. I need to use it to log my progress and things like that. My workouts have been hit or miss. I plan on creating a program over the weekend that gets me in tip top shape and shredded. I need it to be competitive in order to keep my interest. How are you doing? Hope all is well. JT
