How I Started:
Got tired of being fat, out of shape and depressed. I have allowed alcohol and other crap to ruin my life and my body. It's time for a change, for the better.
Why I Love It:
The two main reasons: my kids. I have a family to take care of, so I need to take care of myself and be around for them as long as I can. Plus, I feel alive when I workout. Thats a great feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have done my best to close the door on my past 15 years of failure. I love exercising. I love this healthy lifestyle. This is my calling.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't have any right now. Maybe one day that path will come and I will chose to walk it. For now, I just want to live a better life.

LovnLife4NSRupdated Fit Status "I lean guy within me is looking at the fat ass in the mirror, pointing his finger and letting him know he is going down"
This is the body I am not pleased with. I have ballooned up to 170 pounds. I have ruined it with alcohol and other crap. I'm tired of seeing this body and I'm ready for change.
This picture was taken on day 60 of the P90X program.
Without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning.
Goal (Long):
For several years now I have been asking for miracles or easy way solutions to solve all my problems. I finally got my head out of my ass and realized thats not why I was put on this planet. no one or anything is going to give me a mirale or an easy path to life. I need to earn it. I need to earn everything in life. I need to provide others with miracle and problem solutions and not expect them myself. It's time for me to roll up my sleeves, rebuild my life and make my soul stronger. From there, I will do my best to help others find and create a better and stronger life for themselves.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb

I have been doing the P90X program for well over a year now and it's time for something new. The first couple of time my Wife and I did the 90 day program we saw amazing results. Bodies were ripped. I had abs for the first time since 1994. It was great. Then **** started happening....
So far I like it haven't lost to much more weight but I feel like my stomach is getting smaller and my abs are popping out more. I like it I feel really tired after a do it. I feel like its working for me. Where can I find the excersises for the workout you are doing.
I was doing my last 30 days or so of P90x when I started Insanity. So I did Insanity in the am before work and P90x in the late afternoons after work. I had no issues until I got to the Max Level of Insanity...it kicks butt plus I was teaching a fitness and toning class on Tuesdays and Thursdays so I was basically doing 3 workouts on those days...it ended up being too much.
I've never been to a Trek convention. I'm not that much of fan. There were no people in costume at the museum or celebrities, so maybe like a very small convention.
Thanks for stopping by and reading my blog. And yes you are right, Body Space should be about motivating others to be the best they can be. The best thing to do is to keep that focus and stay the course! By the way, it is awesome to see you doing this for and with your family. The rewards for that go way beyond just the healthy you!
Hey JT! just wrappin up a 3-month "re-intro" to workouts lol Been tossing in a few P90X workouts to prep for it. Next 3 mos. I'm going for a bit of mass with P90X thrown in, and in Dec. I'll do the full X program. Looks like you're doing well too! Great to hear from ya!
Hey JT! Was glad to hear from you! sorry to learn about your injury they are never fun. Will see if i can get some background info for you. As for my back I have had no trouble with it and am going to have an MRI on it soon just to have peace of mind. Went to the doctor for a checkup and everything was great! My BP was perfect and my cholesterol was 60!
Hope that you are having a great weekend!
