Thanks friend :) I will try it. I finally got a good night's sleep last night, and I've been putting peroxide in my ears and letting it bubble for a few minutes each ear before bed. I've read that it helps to keep a cold from coming, and soothes one that is already set in. I feel okay so far. Hope you have a wonderful day :)

I definitely feel better in a way...the way that I got back to the gym! But I am SO sore today!!! Almost too sore. I am thinking as positively as I can, but I have a sneaky suspicion that I am getting sick! I am going to do everything in my power to not let that happen. Not now :)

I am alright. I am up a few lbs, which never feels good. But I am determined to squash them before the holidays. That evil scale! I didn't do anything last week though, so it is my fault. But I was sad. So I was just being easy on myself. I promise I am going to the gym tonight. I know it will make me feel better.

Hey lady...thanks for the tip on that stuff. I got some, and it really seemed to help me out. It has been a bit of a slow go, I am feeling quite a bit better this morning, and plan on hitting the gym hard this week. I have 2 parties this weekend coming up, gotta keep myself on track :) Hope you had a great weekend!

My kitten is really sick, just waiting for a call from the vet...most likely going to have to put him down. My heart is breaking :(

I'm great! I am feelin a teeny bit sick to my stomach, but I am trying to ignore it...I am staring at my eggs on my desk, but I can't stomach them yet. I find with low carbs I lose my appetite a bit! I get sick of protein kind of easily. Yet I have lots of energy. It is almost time for a carb up day. I usually go until I can't stand it anymore, lol. How are you? What are you doing today? I work till 4:30, then home for a bit before the gym, then Biggest Loser is on. Yay!

Hey lady, how's the week going so far? Mine has been fab, worked out hard mon, tues, and thurs, taking tonight off to hang out with some girlfriends, then gym tomorrow through Tues. My diet has been flawless too. I hope you are doing well!

Whining is permitted, especially when you are trying so hard to get your plan in action and keep getting delayed, it is super frustrating!! So hang in there and stay positive, you will be better in no time ;)

Oh no!!! I wish you a speedy recovery girl! I had a fabulous time in Texas. I walked everywhere, but it got cancelled out by some delicious southern meals, and a few drinks...I may have overindulged a bit(by a bit I mean a lot, lol). But I was back at the gym tonight. My knee is bugging me, I gotta buckle down and do my physio exercises again. Hope your laryngitis isn't too bad!

I totally hear you about the weekends. I love to indulge. I try to limit it as much as possible, since it is a downfall for me as well. But, you have to make it a lifestyle right? We made the choice to change to a healthier version of ourselves, in every way possible. Don't be too hard on yourself. The only way I stay on track on weekends is to treat it like a weekday. Write down what I plan to eat, and stick to it :)
