How I Started:
My mother always taught me to eat well, exercise regularly, and take care of myself. When I was a little girl, she bought me tights and leg warmers and mini weights and we would pop in videos to work out at home. She always dreamed of becoming a bodybuilder and inspired me to take care of my body through her own dream. I don't think I want to be a bodybuilder, but maybe I could train for a figure competition someday.
Why I Love It:
If I don't hit the gym daily or at least every other day, you can count on seeing me in a cranky or aggravated mood.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its easy for me to stay motivated about being healthy. I love the way I feel when I am at the gym, or running around the lake pushing my daughter on a jogger.

Goal (Long):
I would love to maintain a healthy weight range of all muscle. I'm 5'6" so according to the charts, I'm supposed to weigh 135 lbs. I like my current weight, I just don't like the little jiggle that I have on my inner thighs (working on it!). My abs have a bit of fat covering them too... I'd love to have a rock hard body by this summer. So, if losing a few pounds is part of leaning out, then I will have to lose a few.
