How I Started:
I went home for Christmas/New years break in 2007. While being there we had taken some pictures and when we got home I looked at the pictures and realize I needed to do something with myself. I weighed 265lbs and was completly unhealthy.
Why I Love It:
It keeps my energy up, I like trying to beat my goals I set for the week or month. I like seeing the transformation my body is going through.
How I Stay Motivated:
I really don't know? I just keep going, I look in magazines and read. I'd say that is some of my motivation. My biggest Motivation is myself, I push myself to get bigger,leaner, and stonger.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing 65lbs in 8 months!!! And gaining two inches on my arms in about 5 weeks
This week has been alot better for me. My workouts have been pretty intense and I made myself do aleast 20 mins of cardio. Now I just need to keep it up. My diet has been nice this week also. To me Its has been real clean. I dunno though. I Feel really good but I don't feel like I drooped any...
