Workout Program:
Right now. I'm doing 4 full-body workouts a week with 20 minutes of cardio in the morning and 20 at night. Just realized I was only averaging about 1200 calories a day.

So now, with the wonderful advice from everyone on the boards, I'm on a 1900 calorie a day plan. I've already noticed a big difference in my gains, just by upping my calories.
