Hi! I notice your doing 4 full body workouts a week - how do you feel on this program, and how many exercises per part/sets?
I am considering changing up to 4 full body days
When I first started, I'd stay on the treadmill til I hit 3 miles. I didn't always run at first. I did what I had to to make it to my goal. I ran on the treadmill all through winter. Didn't hit the street until spring. I was new to running. Now I average 3-6 miles nearly every day. 3 is a good standard though. ;)

thanks julie for your nice comments on my pics. now i'll have to work extra hard to live up to them. i just looked at your prog pics and your gains are evident - more of a hard body look now - keep up the great work. - jeff
