Hey Love2Groove! Thanks for dropping me a note when you saw I was DOWN with the dreaded flu! Yeah ... took 3 weeks to recover from that nasty bug. (I am one of those guys that don't like to take anti-biotics unless absolutely necessary). After the flu I was then also required to travel to Thailand for for my work --- so my gym sessions took a nasty "hit"... even my personal trainer was calling me asking "where the heck I was?" as I just totally disappeared from his radar! =D

training is getting better. I needed to really focus on the nutrition part. It's been hard mentally to really want to change my eating habits, but i'm getting better. how's your training?
