Why I Love It:
It's fun, makes me look and feel great! I also enjoy the competitive aspect.
Lovely person, always positive and supportive..
Made fantastic progress and sculpted a beautiful physique!
You should be so proud of what you have achieved huni!
You totally inspire me.. and you know i've directed PT clients to see how you have changed yourself for the better!
Best of luck for the future huni! xx
My 3rd ever show ! and i've placed 5th over all at the IFBB World Championships and qualified to become an IFBB Figure Pro.
I am totally shocked and over the moon! I actually realised on saturday night that i'd made the top 6, which meansĀ I could turn pro - and I just sat in...
Ya you have a great frame to put on weight and you look good when you are slimmed down...Haha I just noticed that little chihuahua in ur profile pic! LOL is that your doggy?
Well, you're not just cut, you've got perfect muscular proportion and size. And even if you didn't have the perfect bod, you could win over all the male judges with just the smile and the eyes! I'm pretty sure you didn't get to be British champ just because you could see each of the fibers in every muscle group so no worries on how you'll do here.
Yeah you looked bulky but still in really good shape! I bet you feel great right where you are at about now huh? I've been to that point where Im just so big and bulky it doesn't feel right or healthy you know...like Im not at flexible and agile as I wanna be when Im that big...so it feels good to cut weight and be healthy and lean. I need to start looking for some natural competitions to enter :)
Well can't wait until you get to the states and start winning here. Hopefully it will be close enough to drive out and watch. Your pics look amazing - we all ooh'd and ahh'd over your cuts and definition! You are in insane shape!!
Yep you got a lovely back by the way hun.Tx im glad it came up off the floor its not good to stand upright and your hands are on the deck lol.I remember doing a 165kg lift and that day for the first time i thought crap me i will never do anything heavier lol.I guess we all do it and its nice to have a pic or a program sheet to reflect on and shed a tear sniff!
Oh ok I kinda saw after the fact that it was in October! Well congratulations Im happy for you!....I watched your lil video too and that was well done...Are you living in the UK still?
buy you a rowing boat for christmas lol, yeah its real nice here too.Well nice to hear your back and loving training.Beautiful gains you make Lou.Oh im alright been at it most days making some gains and glad im only 5kg away from my 200kg dead lift goal!Seem to like back training more than most other parts, wink ;^)
Wow you're looking amazing! Looks like you are gonna be kickin ass and takin' names this year at the IFBB! What kinda weight are you doing on your lat pulldowns in your pic?
Thanks. Coming from you that is a huge compliment. I need a few weeks of clean eating and cardio to lean out--I noticed your "off season abs" photo--most people should be so disciplined!
