Whilst working as a fitness instructor/studio instructor I began working out with a power lifter.. He introduced me to bodybuilding and here I am now - 5 years later!
Why I Love It:
It's fun, makes me look and feel great! I also enjoy the competitive aspect.

But I've never seen anyone show that much ab definition while arching away doing lat pulls when the delts are so prominent. No wonder you're champ. So you gonna hop across the pond and compete?
eh. i stopped training like a builder and went back to my roots. i couldnt play rugby and consume less than 120 carbs a day. i was dying out quick. ill have to get new pics up.
