After 2 years of off and on working out a loseing 60 pounds. I Now no what is needed to be done to get my perfect body. Let's start over and do it right this time.
Why I Love It:
It's such a stress remover. There's nothing that I can think of that does not but positive things for you. Nothing like looking in the mirror and knowing u control how u look. It makes me feel more at ease in life when I look better
How I Stay Motivated:
Wanting to have the best body possible. The way people treat and look at me. Never wanting to go back to bein overweight.

Well I got accepted into Eastern Michigan University to get my BS in Diet and Exercise Science. I was planning to do the whole ROTC and National Guard thing once I got out the active army. The plan was to become an army dietician. Well **** that!! I’m done with this army shit; I guess a 15...
How's your training coming along? Need show off some new stats. I gained 7 lbs here in BNCOC on this stack of mine, no BF% added either, but still stuck at 20%.

Hi! I use All The Whey flavorless protein isolate because my nutritionist friend told me to (lol) He says it doesn't have any junk in it. I drink it mixed with No Xplode in the morning, so it just tastes like No Xplode. To drink it plain wouldn't be my first choice but it's kinda like milk I guess. It's not powdery tasting.
Hi Louis, Thanks for your comment in my blog. The nutrition really does make a difference--it's the hardest thing though, imo. I hired a guy to give me a plan, but the plan is pretty simple.
