Ok went on a 25 min run today and worked on my ab... In the morning I'm going to run again and work on my push ups... Imma d0 abs and push ups with running till I gel cool going to the gym again
Thanks for the message, I am starting a new workout Monday with a partner (usually go by myself and stop going after a few weeks) so that will stop. I was at 320 now I am sitting around 295, how about you? progress looks great from the pics
Today wasn't the best day for me - had some pizza and didn't work out. But I'm pretty busy with school so it's okay, I can get back on track tomorrow because it's friday. How are things with you? Good I hope!

Thanks for the add and commenting on my blog. I've been working out/dieting for a month. I started out very disciplined, then in the middle I got sloppy, and towards the end of the month got disciplined again lol. But yeah, I'm impatient. I'd like to see just a little improvement to motivate me. Anyways, how are you doing with your training?
How's your training coming along? Need show off some new stats. I gained 7 lbs here in BNCOC on this stack of mine, no BF% added either, but still stuck at 20%.

thanks for the add. i think you'll achieve your goal, i saw a lot of people on here that are bigger then you and I, and they got a great body--they're my motivator to push myself each day. best wish in achieving your fitness goal :)
