How I Started:
My father was a proffesional so he got me into it. I remember going to the school gym in my first year of high school and everyone laughing at me because i was skinny and could not bench more than 100 pounds.. Now i just laugh about it =]
Why I Love It:
Its a great stress reliever and i get a great feeling of accomplishment after every workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep pictures up of my dad on my wall and one day i will look like he did.
BB Accomplishments:
at a weight of 161 i deadlifted 425 lbs , squated 405 lbs and bench pressed 315 lbs.

I can't quite say that I have seen anyone do a fron double bi over that many liquor bottles before. So that gave me a good laugh! Remember don't drink and bench press!
