Just seeing results for me is the best motivation. I started out weighing only 140 lbs. I like when people notice my physique. It's such a confidence booster!
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining over 30 pounds of lean muscle mass and cutting down to a lean physique! Six packs are a plus!

To see striations all over my body. I want to look at myself in the mirror and be impressed with every muscle group. This accomplishment may take years, but every day is one day closer!
you can check out my workout program in my bodyspace to see what i do each week. The workouts usually take around 2 and a half to three hours. I also took in about 160-180 grams of protien a day and that seemed to really help

chest is coming along decent. I am planning on getting my shoulders looked at again pretty soon to see if I can start doing bench press again. hows the cutting going?
thanks for stopping by. been working on arms/legs while rehabbing the shoulder. It's almost ready- maybe another month or so. looks like you're making good progress on your cut - keep it up.
