Its great! Thanx for asking, Im tweaking it a bit, same routine just increasing intesnity, short rests etc. Its beatin me up pretty bad too.. im gonna try this for my last couple weeks here, if it don't work im hittin you up.. thanks for asking though

If your tryin to gain size, your not working n the right rep range. take a look at my tracker and give that a try for about 2 months and see if how your body responds. Good Luck and keep workin at it

its called "Better Than Steroids" by dr warren willey. small book, took me about 4 hours to read the first time but filled with everything you need to know. i re-read parts every otherday or so. im on the "keto run" right now, dropping BF fast. i'll post some newer pics up maybe tommorrow, no loss of weight and strength is still increasing

Its the no carb stuff like atkins. get yourself the book "better than steroids". its been a great help in my progress, it covers everything you need. When i was home, no carb was tough, but out here its too easy.
