Since this is the first summer i will actually look good, im gonna capitalize on that and start training like a bodybuilder and not just for strength, only for 5 weeks though. Increase Chest size, drop to 6%BF and maintain strength.

When I Started: Jan 2007
HOW I STARTED:

Tired of being small.. I decided to train for strength as opposed to appearance, if size comes with that then great, but strength is all that really matters.

WHY I LOVE IT:
