Overall Goal:  Since this is the first summer i will actually look good, im gonna capitalize on that and start training like a bodybuilder and not just for strength, only for 5 weeks though. Increase Chest size, drop to 6%BF and maintain strength.

Tired of being small.. I decided to train for strength as opposed to appearance, if size comes with that then great, but strength is all that really matters.

LOOKING GOOD FOR MY WIFE ;) SEEING THE RESULTS I WANT HAPPENING..

ONLY "YOU" CARE IF I GOT HERE NATURALLY OR NOT.. AND YOUR NOT "ALL NATURAL" EITHER SO DON'T GIVE ME THAT BULL**** AS YOU SIT THERE WITH YOUR PROTEIN SHAKE IN ONE HAND, CELLMASS IN ANOTHER, JUST DOWNED YOUR SUPERPUMP 250 AND STANDING IN FRONT OF YOUR COUNTER WITH 50 DIFFERENT PILL BOTTLES ON IT.. YOUR DOING IT LEGALLY, NOT NATURALLY.. YOU DIDN'T GO DIG UP THAT SYNTHA-6 POWDER, OR WALK OVER TO THE SUPERPUMP WATERFALL.. IF YOU CAN'T KILL IT, HARVEST IT OR PICK IT, THEN YOUR NOT "ALL NATURAL"

hell Yea Brutha Benching that 315! We are both almost same chest, bodyfat, weight & all but you got the edge on me. I maxed 315 last week also while weighing 169, so yeah you got me there lol! Thats awesome bro, lets raise the Bar!
