My goal is to get back down to this weight/and or bodyframe but be ripped and cut. This is probably me in the best shape I've ever been in, I really want to surpass this and look as awesome as my body will allow. Can I do it? Its up to me now.

I still basically look like this in 2008. Laying down watching cartoons wasting my life away. Diagnosed w/type 2 diabetes and too depressed to get up and train. Hopefully I will have the strength to post some more pics showing the progress of my training.

I have gathered up the nerve to post these disgusting pics of myself. Believe it or not since september I lost 8 pounds. Hopefully this will motivate me to make a change in my life. this guy must be destroyed.

Oh WOW!!! EWWWW I am so embarrassed. Please help me guys! I'm about 255 now in these pics. Dont know bodyfat but it has to be high. The date is wrong on the camera its only the eighth today and the pic says 15th. I was wrong. weighed myself after this pic. Weighed in at 263

It has been 20 days since tracking my progress I missed 7 scheduled workouts and tried to eat clean but I did give in a few times when invited out to socialize w/friends. I stayed away from alcohol but could not resist the fried chicken,mac-n- cheese,and cornbread.I will have to get stronger to resist good ole southern home cooking.

Did the love handles decrease a little from the previous picture? I really am going to increase my cardio over the next 2 weeks. Even If I cant workout because of my work schedule I must be resolved to do cardio before going to bed,and print out Chicken Tuna's Crap Pusher's letter and Luck blogs to help keep me motivated to eat cleaner.

Not really getting results I want. Although I am much stronger,I am not shedding the fat as I would like.I have only been walking, no high intensity cardio yet. I will switch to high intensity on Monday 26 Jan. I will take pics again 2weeks from that date to see progress.
