I wanna post some pics when I lose that excess weight.I'm not gonna go crazy on the carbs this time.i'm gonna stay disciplined.I havent been too happy w/those progress pics.I can tell I'm losing inches,cause my clothes are looser,but only time I can see a big difference was at the end of a carb-depletion cycle.

Whatup Ant!! Hey man I have to say that youre right, cutting is not so bad. I'm doing it now for the 2nd time and it is easier this time than last time.I kinda went crazy when I carbed up though.I gained 10+ pds!! Lesson learned!! I got a litta good tips from that site you gave me a link to a while back.Its good stuff! Looks like your abs are getting more defined!Great Work Bro!!

Looks like youve made a lot of progress since last I visited. Stay strong and keep up the good work. Eating and sleeping seems to be the trouble spots for me.It seems that I cant get it right to promote fat loss. More sleep, less sweets!! There is someone hustlin girl scout cookies right now in my face!! I must resist!!! Stay strong and keep making progress.

Hey, how are you? Looks like youre still doing good.There is a big difference from your beginning to Feb. 8th. I didnt know that if you restrict carbs for a while then eat them like crazy you can gain 6-10 pds. I went from 261-271 in 1 week. Lesson Learned!! Stay Strong!!

Youve made a lot of good progress!! I hope to shed the fat off just like you have.I'm going to start my first ever cutting cycle on monday the 12th. This is where the trial and error begins!! I hear it can get pretty brutal. I checked the site you gave me a link to. I picked up some pretty good tips. Thanks Ant!!!

Diet is going good. I invested in some tuna, ground turkey, and lots of different veggies. It hasnt been that long but I already feel a bit lighter on my feet, and It seems easier to rise in the morning. Energy level seems higher I can push harder & longer on cardio

Whatup Bro! I used to hang out down there in the houston area.I went to prairie-view for a little while but then ended up going to the military.Hows life in houston nowadays.I'm trying to get in shape like I was when I was down there.Got married,got comfortable, now I'm trying to get it all back but better this time.I might need some advice from you on how to accomplish my goals.Stay up bro!I got a long journey ahead.I'm trying to get some arms like yours.

Destroy your #1 adversary,I like that!Essentially I'm trying to do the same thing.I come here to check out the progress youve made.Youre doing good!Keep it up!I'm trying to step up the pressure on myself.I put up some progress pics today,not happy w/results but getting motivated to try harder the next 2weeks.Did it take you long to develop clean eating habits?

Hey Hows it goin? Training still going good?I had a couple of setbacks but I'm pressing forward.When I feel like giving up I log on to see how everyone is doing and to get some advice/motivation.Look forward to seeing some progress pics,we posted around the same time.I just put some up tday.Keep training hard!

Hi John! Looks like youre still doing well.Keep it up!When I used to live in England I found it very Hard to resist the variety of cadburys chocalates(Tin of Cadburys Roses)and a couple of steak&kidney pies and a big piece of cod from the local chippy.Keep up the good work!!
