When I Started:
Sep, 2007
How I Started:
I slowly started to notice a change in my physique. I'm halfway there and making goals.
Why I Love It:
I like seeing the changes and want to lose the extra weight around my midsection and add nice toned muscle to rest of my body.
I would really like to go beyond toned muscle though and look and feel as good as some of the people I see on this site. ABs would be nice. Getting close.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing a new vein in my arm is always a nice progress indicator for me.
Currently I am working on reducing my bf%. I believe I am making good strides and retaining my lean muscle mass. I have managed to lose 10lbs in the last month without suffering any set backs in my lifting stats. In fact I have managed to notice...
I have found that with myself, my wife and a number of our clients the closer you can follow the BFL diet the better your results will be. I urge you to think about giving it your all for a short period and see how you do.
Stay strong and believe in yourself.
Congratulations on making the decision to get fit. Always challenge yourself to be the best that you can be. Combine a good nutrition plan with some form of cardio and weight lifting and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. I did the Body for Life program, which is for a total of 12 weeks and received amazing results. You may want to give it a look-see. Let me know if there is anything that I can do.
Stay strong and all the best
