I had to do ~something~ I was seriously disturbed to see a picture of myself on stage with my band, looking fat. Seeing that motivated me to get started with a healthy diet and exercise.
Why I Love It:
It feels good to work at something and see results. I like making progress and moving closer to my goals...
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about how much better I look now than when I started.
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 20 pounds so far. I have some definition in my arms now.

This was taken while I was playing onstage with my band. I thought I looked awful... Weight... 187 pounds.
I've been eating right, exercising, and lifting weights for a little more than a month and a half now... Weight... 166 pounds
I want to lose the belly I've had all my life. Getting some muscle definition would be pretty nice too!
Goal (Long):
I've always carried around a bit of body fat, and never really worked out or exercised with any regularity. I'm getting a bit older now, and I'd really like to look better and feel better about myself. Eventually I'd like to get to 10% bodyfat or even less.
Well, I'm still at it. I moved to a three day split three weeks ago, and my workouts seem much more productive. I have sore body parts the next day, and it actually feels like I'm doing something. I'm still working out the exercises that I do, and I posted my regimen here on my bodyspace. I...

Anyways, how's the training coming? I have to up my calories again as my weight's been stagnant. I only hope I don't vomit! :)
