Cheers mate. It's been a tough 5 months but very happy now. I'm hoping to hit 90kg by 1st July but i feel i could even get to 95kg by the end of the year. Good to hear you're back training again. All the best

haha, Its all about where you came from. I was eating 1 to 2 meals a day, smoking 2 packets of cigrettes and never drank water. Now im eating like a horse and working out heavy 3 times a week. heres my journal, http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=113391151

hi, Yep its all true. I was very skinny to start with and stoping smoking has been agreat help. Most of the gains are food and water but I can see muscles starting to grow now. Only thing is I think I'll still look skinny at 90kg. check out the workout journal for daily work loads and food. Regards

Hi mate, I knew that, had to laugh (or cry) today, someone came up and put their hand on my shoulder and said, "Gee Rob, you should put some weight on", lol, I didn't bother telling them what ive done this last month. All the best

Thanks, yeah the shoulders were always a weak part. Doing Clean and Press + Seated DB Press for them.

Cheers mate. Having the deadline is making all the difference i feel. no more putting it off. I'll try and get a better picture at week 4. Quads - so please someone noticed, thanks to Squats and deadlifts I need new Jeans. All the best.
