Day 1 of my 120 day Mass building program. I am 73kg with very little bodyfat due to lazy eating habits. This was the first day i stopped smoking
89kg an increase of 16kg since the 5th Jan 09

3 weeks and so far my weight has jumped from 73kg to 80.5kg this morning. Sun 25th Jan 09
I am really very, very happy with this. I knew that i would see big gains in the first weeks, going from 2 meals a day to 7+ a day, but I am amazed at how well my body is doing from not smoking and...

you are getting close to the goal of 85kgs . do't stop it there . I seems like you can gain 1kg per week . do it till you reach 93kgs

I haven't taken the eas powder, but the nutritionist at the local health store here suggested that being "skinny" we can't get too much of the protein through our system, and both the fat and the amino acids are what do this. talk to your local health store, their nutritionist would be able to help

Wow you really have your diet down to the science good for you.. let me ask you are you adding a fat source such as flaxseed oil to your protein shakes? and are you taking amino acids to help to breakdown your food faster so that your body absorbes more and less is wasted in the bathroom?
