I wasn't pleased with the way my body looked in pictures.

i love the way I look during strength training.

I've started training with a Master Trainer to help me achieve my goal of my first ever fitness show. Yet, I found more satisfaction in helping others work out at the gym and decided that would be more rewarding.
What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
Actually, it is more of a snack but it can be a dessert.
Sliced Green Apple
Part-Skim Mozzarella String Cheese cut into little
pieces
A few dried cranberries
Sprinkle a bit of ground cinnamon

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
