Background
I started working out mainly for sports, the competition, and mutual respect it helped establish between my friends and myself.
I was always called the trainer in high school because of my love for lifting and helping others who were completly lost. I wanted to win in sports and in a way feel like a man if that makes any sense. Now I do it to be healthy..or become healthy and be a rolemodel for my clients.

2012 Dymatize Elite Ambition Challenge "My Last Challenge"

There comes a day when you hit bottom in the way you feel about yourself and I hit that about a week ago. I have started a bunch of challenges and have never truly stuck with a single one. I have lost 30 pounds a number of times but basically just went back to the way I was before.
I have gone by the Out of Shape Overweight Trainer for years now and to be honest I am embarrassed to have never truly made a change inside and out. I ask more from my clients than I ask of myself and that is unacceptable. Now

Starting the Elite Physique Challenge. Pictures were a needed embarassment. So far today I ate a Protein bar and Brown Rice and Chicken. Yesterday's workout was pretty brutal. Moslty followed the Crossfit website and did some back and arms.
Run 400,300,200 meters, Thrusters 12,10,4, Jumping Pullups 12,10,4
Crossfit style workouts are tough for my size of guy but they are the type of workouts I need. Cardio Sometime today
