How I Started:
I wanted to get back into shape and didnt know when to start. After my boyfriend mentioned the 12 week challenged and showed my the body building site I became motivated!

Goal (Long):
In the past year I have gained over 40 pounds and have gotten very out of shape. I was at a size 4/5 and now I am at a size 13. I do not fit into my clothes anymore, but I want to change that. I want to lose the weight and get down to a size 3 with no more than 15% body fat. I want visible muscle definition in my abs, arms, and legs. I would like to transform my body to win the MuscleTech 2nd Annual Transformation Contest, but I am looking to make this a life change.
