Background
I've been weight training since I was 11, but I only started getting into serious training January 2010 when I decided to prepare for my first figure competition! My mom was the one who inspired me to weight train and she took me to watch my first bodybuilding competition. I was amazed by how confident they were on stage , and just how awesome their bodies looked!
I LOVE training because it's so amazing to watch your body transform. It also helps with depression which many people don't know about. And I'm sure all of you out there know what I mean when I say "ENDORPHINS ARE AMAZING" !
