Lack of female attention and was tired of getting bullied for being a scrawny little nerd.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is one of the things I'm good at and passionate about. It helped change my life from being miserable to being successful in all aspects of life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that each workout and every meal will bring me one step closer to my dream physique.
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining confidence and respect. And also my life long dream of losing my virginity and gaining female attention.

This was takin' roughly at start of 2004. I've come a long way you think? :)
Impressive metamorphisis but still got a long way to go.
June 4th is when the cut begins :) - Goal is to get single digit numbers. Preferably 6 or 7 % this year :) Wish my luck.
Goal (Long):
To reach my maximum body weight gains and maintain lowest body fat possible. This is what I define as 'Perfection'. - Also, I want to show the haters out there that I'm not just a nerd who used to be made fun of and pick on all the time. I want the females who never found me attractive to come up to me and try make conversation while I remind them of what they used to say or do to me and make them realise what a great oppertunity they missed out on. I want to be healthy, strong, handsome, rich, kind hearted and most of all happy. Bodybuilding garauntee's me all these wishes I have listed. I want everyone who either hates me or loves me to know that I'm a great success. When that day comes, I will know that I have achieved my life goal. And believe me, that day will come.

Why I like this video: This person is an inspiration to me. He's huge and natural without taking much supplements. If he can do it, I don't see why people should resort to steroids. Plus he worked hard all his life to achieve what he has. Not only body wise, but with other aspects of life. I have 100% respect for this man. Layne Norton.

The name's Loochi for those of you who don't know who I am.
I decided to start up a blog due to some things I've been thinking about a lot lately. One of the main issue I started this blog was because quite a few people on these forums have been telling me to 'bulk...
I designed this workout program for my lagging body parts. Please feel free to use it or alterate it for your own satisfaction. I incorporated two leg sessions a week to help speed the growth process because they are lagging compared to my upper body.

im pretty much the same! and NZ is full of lazy overweight people who are depressed and have mediocre jobs so why be like a minority? why not choose how you want to live your life? that what i say! keep me posted with your progress Loochi! Nik
i agree with you bro, it really is a mentality thing. im the same with looking in the mirror, but i think just about all bodybuilders have that mentality so youre not alone! haha i think we compete to really see how far we can push ourselves to the limit. so if theres no particular weight where you want to be, what really drives you in the gym?
