How I Started:
I first signed up to the gym with some friends around November 2006 and I worked out for the attention of females lol. I only worked out my chest and arms.. (I was a loser, I know lol.) March 2007 I decided that I want to be known as a bodybuilder and I started eating and training like one! Ever since then, I haven't looked back and I don't think I ever will. Plus I always wanted to be respected/envied and bodybuilding has both of those and more.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is one of the things I'm good at and passionate about. It helped change my life from being miserable to being successful in all aspects of life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that each workout and every meal will bring me one step closer to my dream physique. Leona! xo :)

-Gaining quality mass in a short amount of time! -Gaining knowledge about nutrition which helps manipulate the body to how you want it to look like! -Respect. Respect is earned.. This was takin' roughly at start of 2004. I've come a long way you think? :)
From a scrawny 108lbs to a whopping out of shape 180lbs and now down to 144lbs. Since Mar 2007 (Beginning of my journey) I have trained to try and reach a respectable physique. Let's see if it is by competing tomorrow on the 26 Sept 2009 CNI!

Go by feel.. Look at yourself in the mirror and be honest with yourself.. What is lagging?? What is and isn't proportional??

Don't over train, eat as many calories as you can (Unless dieting ofcourse) and be patient.. This game takes years, even decades.. Look at the top 6 profiles.. Everyone...

When I am happy with my condition i will cut, bulk cycle and hopefully stay in that same condition and add mass slowly probly 2 pounds or so net gain every 6 weeks!!

That'd be cool actually to compete along side you. I'd have you in the mass dept, but you'd nail me in the ripped to shreds dept. Be fun at least. I actually one day want to go toe-to-toe w/ Josh, and yes he knows and is looking forward to it. Cool to hear the bulk is going well and good job on keeping it clean. Definitely coming out looking even more freakish. On my next bulk (Jan) I hope to hit 215-220.

I'm sitting at 199 at the moment. Shooting for about 190, maybe 185. Going to keep cutting till end of December. Mainly just looking to drop the fat as much as possible. Not going to comp quality. Also just looking to make this cut actually successful. But thanks for the input. -T
