I first signed up to the gym with some friends around November 2006 and I worked out for the attention of females lol. I only worked out my chest and arms.. (I was a loser, I know lol.) March 2007 I decided that I want to be known as a bodybuilder and I started eating and training like one! Ever since then, I haven't looked back and I don't think I ever will. Plus I always wanted to be respected/envied and bodybuilding has both of those and more.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is one of the things I'm good at and passionate about. It helped change my life from being miserable to being successful in all aspects of life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that each workout and every meal will bring me one step closer to my dream physique. Leona! xo :)
BB Accomplishments:
-Gaining quality mass in a short amount of time!
-Gaining knowledge about nutrition which helps manipulate the body to how you want it to look like!

From a scrawny 108lbs to a whopping out of shape 180lbs and now down to 144lbs. Since Mar 2007 (Beginning of my journey) I have trained to try and reach a respectable physique. Let's see if it is by competing tomorrow on the 26 Sept 2009 CNI!

Go by feel.. Look at yourself in the mirror and be honest with yourself.. What is lagging?? What is and isn't proportional??
Don't over train, eat as many calories as you can (Unless dieting ofcourse) and be patient.. This game takes years, even decades.. Look at the top 6 profiles.. Everyone...

Awesome, glad to be of help. Cut is going fairly well. Dropped a total of 9lbs and down to about 10.5%bf (assuming the calipers are correct). Which means 8lbs fat loss and 1lbs muscle loss. But pants/shorts are very loose around the waist, but not in the pant/short legs or in my shirts. Got another month of cutting down before I switch again. Anyways my friend, keep on hulking out big time! -T
It has been interesting lately ... blog a bit about it. I have flipped somethings around in all areas, diet, supps and workouts. Should be interesting to see how it pans out in a couple of months. Looking at your show pics ... impressive dude! So do you think you are near the "genetic potential"?
Hahah..with the competition season behind you, it sounds like you're enjoying some R&R - with workouts thrown in for good measure? lol.. I'm about to start Plan B: a new and improved TP..the first workout is tomorrow ;)

When geared towards gaining you always have a surplus (especially on high days) just different levels of the macros. You can also put the higher days on parts you want to emphasize. Worth trying or too complicated?

Basical ly 2-4 higher carb days, and the rest are moderate and low. Cycing the protein and carbs apparently allows you to achieve better responses to the different levels of carbs and protein.

Still cutting i want to be as lean as i can for summer i increased my carbs from 100g to 200 i had no energy at 100g i am just in a hurry to get lean lol! And then when i hit about 6-8% i will bulk cut and see how it gos!
No worrys bro it didnt take long, but the cut on the other hand lol! I was 89kgs but now i am 93kgs and leaner than i was at 89 lol i do not know whats gone on! I know what your saying about the pics! You got really ripped!!!
I understand what your saying but, you may want to re watch the secret. What you think about, is what you bring about. If you think a car will hit you, or your thinking about a dumbbell landing on your toe, it eventually will happen! lol. If you think your a millionare ad have a ferrari and all the things you ever wanted then eventually it will happen. Just like you willed yourself to gain muscle by taking action - picking up those weights. :)
