This was taken 2 years before I began lifting. I was about 180lbs here. After this was taken I lost about 10-15lbs when I started pulling all-nighters in grad school. That's when I began lifting.

I think my last pic looks better, but my bodyfat scale says I'm in better shape this month (180lbs, 10.5% BF). I think the lighting last month was more flattering than this month's pic.

I'm stalling hard. I haven't made any progress this month, unless you count putting on 2lbs of fat. I bought the book 'Scrawny to Brawny' in hopes of finding the answer to improving my physique. I'm starting to think I may never be a teen model!

I've been doing the Scrawny to Brawny program for 3 weeks. One of the weeks I was on a roadtrip though and ate kinda shitty food.

Still doing Scrawny to Brawny, but I've rolled back my calories a bit during this strength phase, because I was putting on a lot of fat. I'm not much brawnier than last month, but I'm stronger.

I'm on the last phase of Scrawny to Brawny. I've gained some brawn, but I think my diet was a bit off, b/c I've put on more fat than I thought I would. I'm going to cycle through this program again in a month or two. I hope for less fat gain next time.

I'm 190lbs at 13.5%. I took a week off this month after completing S2B. I've started back through the S2B program and I'm going to focus more closely on my diet and increase the volume in the gym, just a little.

Boo! I moved over the holidays, which interrupted my training and eating routine, in addition to the usual sweets and booze over Christmas. My scale says I'm 188lbs at 14%. I feel worse . . . but I'm back at it full tilt this week.
